Of course it's not all strategy, but there is this thing called letter frequency. It is not a foolproof approach, but certain letters are more commonly used than others, and that's a fact. Almost anyone who has ever player the Hangman game knows that beginning with vowels is a logical strategic first move, but what then?

The most common letters, in descending order, are: e-t-a-o-i-n-s-h-r-d-l-u. Be warned though... there are exceptions to every rule. The GamezArena Hangman game and its wild west dictionary of terms are not an exception to the rule of exceptions.
